We provide all the heavy equipment tools. We are one of the biggest heavy structural fabrication manufacturers, suppliers, and exporters manufacturers in India. We build a solid and durable one machinery to use and are happy with that. Our employees is usually concerned in providing high-quality bending, construction, machinery, painting, etc. and completed customers allotted within a time. Secondary Members

Secondary members are composed of Roof Purlins, Wall Girts, Eave Struts and Roofing Sheets. Roof Purlins, Wall Girts & Struts Are Forms Of Z-Purlins, C-Purlins and Hollow Sections. Z-Purlins and C-Purlins are cold formed steel members having a minimum yield strength of 345 MPa with zinc coating (120/180/275 gsm).


Roof Purlins (Z - Purlin)

Roof Purlins (Cold Formed)

Purlins are Z sections with 200 to 300 mm depth & thickness from 1.75 to 2.50 mm as per requirement. They are fixed to the top flanges of the rafters utilizing cleats moulded to the rafters and the purlin web bolted to the cleats. Purlin ends are overlapped to act as continuous beams.

Roof Purlins

Purlins come in 96 x 48 to 172 x 92 mm sizes and thickness from 3.0 to 4.8 mm as per requirement. They are fixed to the top flanges of the rafters by cleats moulded to the rafters and bottom bolted to the cleats and flushed with webs of the rafter resulting in a stronger structure.


Wall Girts (C - Purlin)

Wall Girts (Cold Formed)

Wall Girts shall be Z sections with 200 to 300 mm depth and thickness from 1.75 to 2.50 mm as per requirement. There are two fixation methods:

These girts are fixed to the outer flange of the side wall column by cleats moulded to the side column and the girt web bolted to the cleats. Overlapping connections are provided for continuous beam.

End Wall Girts and Flushed Girts on side walls are flushed to the outer flange of the columns by cleats bolted to the column web and the girt web bolted to the cleats.

Wall Girts (Hot Formed)

Girts are hollow sections with 96 x 48 to 172 x 92 mm sizes and thickness from 3.0 to 4.8 mm as per requirement.

These girts are fixed to the outer flange of the side wall column by cleats moulded to the side column and the girt horizontally bottom bolted to the cleats

End Wall Girts and Flushed Girts on side walls are flushed to the outer flange of the columns by cleats bolted to the column web and the girts horizontally bolted to the bottom of the cleats



Hollow Section (Hot / Cold Rolled)

Hollow sections are Hot Rolled Formed sections with a yield strength of 310 MPa and UTS 450 MPa

Eave Struts

Eave Struts (Cold Formed)

Eave Struts are C & Z sections with 200 to 300 mm depth and thickness from 1.75 to 2.50 mm at the rafter ends. The Struts are fixed to the top flanges of the rafters by cleats moulded to the rafters and the struts web bolted to the cleats. Strut ends are overlapped to act as continuous beams.

Eave Struts (Hot Formed)

Eave Struts are hollow sections with 96 x 48 to 172 x 92 mm sizes and thickness from 3.0 to 4.8 mm. The struts are fixed to the top flanges of the rafters by clips moulded to the rafters and bottom bolted to the cleats and are flushed with web of the rafter resulting in a stronger structure.

Roof sheets are cold formed with yield strength of 550 MPa

Colour Coated Galvalume Sheets

Roofing Sheets made of metal are used for pre-engineered building solutions. They are 12 m+ in a single length and are self-drilled through fasteners. They are applied for roof slopes as low as 1:20 and are applied as internal lines for double skin roofs and wall constructions without insulation. They can be curved to attain an aesthetic, architectural look.

LOUVERS


LOUVERS

Louvers maintain a regular flow of fresh and natural air in the industrial and storage areas. In combination with Turbo Ventilators, they help in reducing the build-up of dust, vapour and heat inside the building


TURBO VENTILATORS

These are velocity driven and centrifugal force generated, creating a low pressure area which draws out stale, damp and hot air through the ventilators and fresh air is automatically replaced. Turbo ventilators are wind driven, energy saving, pollution free and are virtually maintenance free.

The nuts & bolts provided by us are self-drilling, self-trapping screws & fasteners, which are coated with a combination of Tin-Zinc coating which is mechanically deposited. This coating prevents the accumulation and formation of impurities, moisture, rust, and electrical current, on and around the steel/metal surface.


FRP TRANSLUSENT SHEETS / STRIP LIGHTS

The FRP sheets provided by us are water resistant, non-combustible, and environment friendly. As they are translucent and transparent in nature, they save drastically on the electricity bills.
